About return policy

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or if you receive a different item than the original order. Each order will be carefully inspected by logistics colleagues before being sent out to ensure that there are no problems with product quality before being sent out. If there is no problem with the product you receive, we do not accept returns without reason. If there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible to find out the problem and confirm the cause in time. Our technical colleagues will check whether the review complies with the return and refund requirements.

Do you offer exchange?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If there is a problem with the product, we will refund you. Please purchase again if necessary. Exchanges will be issued 1-2 days after receiving the returned goods.

Do you offer refunds?

If we mistakenly forget to include an item in your shipment or the product is damaged in transit, we will refund your original payment method. To request a refund for a product damaged in transit, please contact us and follow the steps we will show you in our response email. We will then help you apply for a refund.

My order arrived damaged. what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us a clear photo of the damaged shipping box and damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. Without this proof we cannot refund you or make a claim on your behalf.

Since this is an international transaction, in addition to the product, our shipping charges are also relatively expensive, so we do not provide free returns or exchanges if there is no special reason for the product. If the customer insists on returning the product, please bear the return shipping cost. We do not assume any responsibility for losses caused by various factors that prevent products from being returned to our warehouse during the return process.

Products are reviewed before shipment and are sent out after confirmation. If the goods received are damaged, please contact the logistics company as soon as possible.
