About shipping time: Since each customer comes from different countries and regions, the shipping time of the package will be different, but it usually takes 3-12 working days. Except for the impact of holidays, peak seasons, or other natural factors.
Regarding processing time:
Orders received Monday through Friday morning are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.
Orders received after noon on Friday will be posted to the warehouse the next business day and processed within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders and schedule shipments on weekends or holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count towards your shipping days.
For example: If an order is placed on Thursday at 2pm Pacific Time, it will be shipped on Friday. Shipping days, weekends and holidays do not count towards your shipping days.
Shipping times will be longer during the holidays with all carriers. During the holidays, carriers may require additional days for transit. This delay is normal, please understand and wait patiently for shipment.
Our company is not responsible for shipment delays due to holidays, severe weather, natural disasters or epidemics.

We use UPS and USPS for almost all of our shipments. They typically do not deliver on weekends and/or holidays.

Package/wrong shipping address
If an incorrect shipping address is entered, it is the customer’s responsibility to locate their package. Please note that if your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of return and any re-shipping costs. If you no longer wish to have your item reshipped, you will receive a refund less original shipping and restocking fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that may be damaged in transit or lost after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and monitor its status.
